Dassalut owns prime central €5-20m offices (with ancillary retail & residential), in central Paris. In late-1999 Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault / GIMD acquired Finalens via its Argenteuil Park subsidiary; renamed Dassault Properties and given 3 group properties to buy; in 2006 the Peugeot family's FFP / Société Property, Finance and Investments became a shareholder and its became a REIT / SIIC; in 2007 securities held by the Dassault Group were floated; in 2011 it adopted a development strategy and disposed of non-strategic properties.

Terreis is tertiary asset management company(listed & SIIC since early-2007), which owns a nationwide portfolio of small-medium sized small Haussmann / traditional ‘beautiful’ French colonial-style office buildings with ground floor retail, most of which (approx 80%) are focused in and around Paris. Between 2010-2012 it increased doubled the value of its portfolio from approx €450m-€1,150m.

Immobiliere Frey was established in 1983 and develops & invests, and manages master-planned "next generation" retail & “Greencenter” business parks across France & Spain, with an owned / co-invested or planned portfolio of about 60 properties. It is not registered as a SIIC yet.

Eurosic was listed in 1984 (SIIC since 2006), and holds a diversified portfolio of properties worth approx €1.4bn across France: Paris approx 15%; Ile-de-France (outside Paris) 35%; and the major regional cities about 50% (offices over 70%). In late-2014 it bid €966m for the stake in SIIC de Paris -Link - it didn't already own, with a view to doubling the size of its portfolio to €3bn, delisting and selling-off €500m of properties.

CeGeReal was established in 1999 as formerly known as Sopreal (until 2006 when it became a SIIC & listed), and is a SIIC that specializes in buying & managing large office towers & campuses in and around Paris' Île-de-France, leased to large companies such as Credit Foncier de France, CAP Gemini, GE Capital, Galderma, Canal Plus, Hewlett Packard & Boursorama. Its 130k sqm E865m portfolio comprises the 48k sqm twin tower Europlaza in La Défense, 3 buildings at the 44k sqm Arcs de Seine & and the 32k sqm Rives de Bercy campuses. It is a subsidiary of Commerz Real Investmentgesellschaft. They have launced a "Go Green" policy in the hope of becoming a leading European 'Green' building REIT.

LDL was established in Lyon back in 1903 and is a commercial and residential landlord with a portfolio throughout France but focused in and around Lyon. It is almost totally owned by the UBS Luxembourg subsidiary Boca who acquired most of the outstanding shares they didn't already own in early 2012, possibly with a view to exceeding the 95% threshold that would allow them to delist. Boca is owned by UBS Wealth Management-Continental Europe Property Fund and 1% by Shaftesbury International Holdings. It reported a loss of about €18m in 2010 against a gross rental turnover of almost €70m, and had a market cap of about  €30m (end-2012).
