Independencia manages more than USD$600m in commercial assets including offices and warehouses in Santiago via various different investment vehicles, including the:

- Real Estate Income Producing Fund ($600m+), with assets such as the Plaza Constitución Building ($25m); the 52k sqm Unilever distribution centre; and IBM, Shell, Xerox, SmartcomChile buildings as sale-and-leasebacks or straight ownership

- Residential Real Estate Development Fund ($3m+) Fondo de Inversion Desarrollo Inmobiliari

- Club Reus USA focused distressed asset fund ($300m+)

- Investment Trust and Real Estate Fund Uruguay, Fund ($60m), focused on offices, warehouses, distribution centres and logistics depots

-  Expertus Fund ($31m) which invests in education-oriented companies, either those which manage basic, pre-basic or higher education facilities, or those which offer services related to education: School Education; Higher Education; Training and related services

- Bo-Bio 40k hectare forestry fund ($340m), acquired via Global Forest Partners the assets of Forestal Bio Bío, the fourth greatest forest company in the country, and the corporate rights of Agrícola y Forestal Alepué

- Lignum Fund ($39m) which invests in lots ready to plant Monterey Pines and Eucalyptus Globulus

Fideicomiso Financiero de Inversiones y Rentas Inmobiliarias – (Uruguay Diversified)

The first Uruguayan Fideicomiso / REIT was launched in mid-2012 by Chilean asset manager Independencia & Uruguayan EF Asset Management, having raised USD$60m to invest in existing properties by creating sale-and-leaseback opportunities for landlords, and has acquired some Grade A offices in Montevideo & focuses on commercial property.
